4. Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of the Service (for example, as an exhibitor or attendee), you may need to register and create an account.

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Upload or transmit any harmful, unlawful, or infringing content (e.g., viruses, defamatory material).

Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service without our permission.

7. Event Participation (for Exhibitors / Attendees)

If you register to participate in an event via EVExpo, additional terms might apply (e.g., exhibitor agreements, payment terms, cancellations).

Participation in an event does not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., footfall, business leads).

Exhibitors are responsible for complying with local rules, safety regulations, and venue policies.

8. Payments and Refunds

If certain services (like event registrations) are paid, the payment terms (fees, deadlines, refunds) will be separately defined (e.g., in the event registration page or exhibitor contract).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations if payments are not made by the specified deadlines.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVExpo disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In no event will EVExpo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you have paid (if any) for the relevant Service.

10. Indemnification

These Terms, together with any other policies referenced (Privacy Policy, Exhibitor Terms, etc.), constitute the entire agreement between you and EVExpo regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
